Wake up vodacom

On 4 July 2020 I went to vodacom store to swipe my card and pay their debit. Asked them how much I owe and they say R289. So I swiped for that amount. They then tried to take out a further R377. When I called the call centre they say I owe them a R377 balance and their store didn't tell me anything about a balance. I said end of July I will pay them R289 plus R377 because this is my business line. Today 29 July they cut my business line without warning. They are unprofessional and only nice when they want new business but cannot service the customers professionally. Now I can't make any calls. During this covid period they are robbing customers unless they don't know what they doing. They need to pick up the phone and call customers if they want money before the arranged date rather than cutting our lines and sending us a cheap sms. Catch a wakeup vodacom. Useless.
