Waiting time is ridiculous

On 01 October 2025 I purchased a contract phone online with vodacom, it was said that the phone will be delivered within 3-5 business days, a whole week weeks has passed and not any sms has came through to give me an tracking number to say that which couriers the phone is with, everyday I have been calling customer service to ask what is going on, everytime they say that the phone is awaiting dispatch it is almost the 1st of November and ime for me to pay my first debit order but no phone yet. I have heard nothing from the couriers to say that the phone is on its way and the customer service is very rude, a tracking number was given by them but when it was said I can't track it cos the phone is awaiting dispatch for a whole month??
