Waiting over 30days for repair

Booked my Iphone 5 in for repairs at the Vincent Park branch on the 10 March 2015.<br> <br> After two weeks and endless calls to Vodacom Repairs Contact Centre It was confirmed that my Iphone cannot be repaired and I will recieve a replacement unit <br> Paid for the replacement unit R3692.37 Job NO: ***8<br> <br> Phone came back and collected at the Vincent Park Branch on the 1 April 2015 communication from branch phone has been fixed.<br> <br> Returned the phone on 07/04/2015 as I experienced the same problems with the phone.<br> Feedback from branch : Oh sorry phone was returned cause find my phone was active on the account! ( Why no correct communication given in the first place?)<br> <br> On the 07/04/2015 phone was rebooked in under job number ***5. Was promised that phone would get priority when booked in at the repair centre. its the 17th today no feedback.<br> <br> Please let me know if its normal for a phone to be hopping back and forth from repair centre and taking over 30days to resolve
