waiting one month

After sending my Cell phone away for repair via a Vodacom shop in Tygervalley to a repair shop in Jhb.they informed me that the phone came back bent and must be sended back.<br> <br> After sending the phone in the third time under job number ***9 ,the phone is going in for a different problem and in the beginnig the microphone was not working.<br> <br> If thus is the service that Vodacom gives repairing a microphone then a don't whant to see how long it Will take to repair a screen or sim connector problems.<br> <br> The main reason for me doing thus complaint is that the Vodacom shop Tygervalley is about 189km away from me and in the last 6 weeks the phone keeps on going between a jhb repair shop and Tygervalley and the phone not ending up with me
