Waiting on phone

I app**** on line for a contract phone for my wife, we got the phone but the back cover of the phone was a bit loose and we called in to replace it and we were promised that some one will come on Monday. up until today no one has came with the replacement and no one has contacted my wife and we not getting any help from the call center. I am thinking of just canceling the contract if we do not get assistance soon
