Waiting more than 2 MONTH for 1tb hard drive

I went for an upgrade at Promenade when an sales agent pitch this deal advertised. I accepted and was impressed, however they advised they're out of stock for now but will text me the next week to come and get my 1tb hard drive. The offer was the Huawei P8 with free 1TB hard drive by the way. I went the next week, nothing, I waited another week, nothing, I then went the week after that, they tell me its someone else's hard drive, its now been 2 months and still no text and no hard drive. So in my mind I'm thinking they trying to make me forget about it because I stopped going because I have to waste my own petrol which I'm not being compensated for. I am now at breaking point of wanting to cancel my contract and take my business elsewhere. They cant tell me they still have no stock, give me something else then to compensate for what I did not get. Quick to take the monthly fees but not keeping the customer happy. To close off my complaint, I feel this is extremely a bad customer service.
