Waiting for stock

Waited for a call back from Hlompho ********** 636 at the big vodacom in Clearwater mall for a new contract promising that I’ll get it in 3 days from the 15/12/2017 and i phoned them a couple of times then there is a issue with the stock but they wont phone me to tell me then n tried to email H/O on the 02/01/2018 and still didn’t get any feed back from them then i went to MTN IN CLEARWATER MALL had no problems with them i went on 05/01/2018 and then i went in the 06/01/2028 the they told me your contract is additionally approved and then they gave me the laptop on the 06/01/2018 i think VODACOM IS SH*T im still waiting for a response from H/O and Clearwater
