Waiting for refund for two months

Had been out of work and as a good citizen made arrangements to pay my balance after getting a job. I overpaid Vodcom by R450.00 and my last payment was due in April. I am still waiting for my refund till today. I have been told that thay do have a tendency of not paying back refunds. I'm not sure whether they think we forget money as customers. It's pathetic really. And when I asked to speak to a manager in Administration I'm told they don't take calls, my query is pending and they are INVESTIGATING whether it's between themselves or my bank. I am waiting fro Cranisha Govender to call me back once there is feedback. When I asked how I would have known, the cat caught Lihle's mouth. The standard has really dropped!!! You are on the ball when you receive the money but when you have to pay back, there are pending investigations! WOW!
