Waiting for refund

I bought a retro game on vodacom app on the 27 November 2020, when it got delivered it a wrong size and different game than the one I ordered, I informed vodacom and told them I'd like a refund meaning I want them to collect the game and give me my money back, they agreed only for them to deliver another game, contacted vodacom via Facebook and phone call and the came and collected the games in two different days and the called Mr saying they will be processing my refund it's been 2 months now since they informed me about processing the refund and still nothing yet when I try to find out what's the delay I just get told that they will inform me with any developments.
