Waiting For PS 4

I upgrade my Phone Contract on 26 August 2017 at Vodacom Kollonade..I Upgraded to the Sony Xperia L1 with the Play Station 4 for R 199 extra...They said there was no Stock and that they will order on Monday the 28 th and that I will have it by the 30 th..We are no at the 6 th of September and I am still to receive my PS 4..Everytime I call it is the same excuse that they waiting for Stock...It is Shocking and Ridiculous that I already had to pay my First installement and yet received nothing....I Want to know why is it taking so long to get my PS 4 !!!!!
