Waiting for delivery of device after contract upgrade
<p>My one contract could be renewed in November, so I emaled Vodacom at ********** requesting a upgrade quote. A quote was email to me and I accepted the quote. I signed it and emailed it back with a copy of my ID on the 1st of December. I then got an email back from ********** from a Thato Makoti asking for the address for delivery. I have send it to him about five times already and I still haven't received any feedback on when the device will be delivered. I would really like this to be deliverd before the end of this week. Can someone please contact me asap as when I phone ********** 4 or ********** , no one can assist me as they say I must continue communicating via email as this is how the quote was initiated and this is unnacceptable to me. The reference number I got is EC-04FD-2D56MS and the quote number is ********** 6</p>

Still haven't heard from a consultant. I want this sorted asap. If I must I will collect the tablet this Thursday from Vodaworld in Midrand or a Vodashop in Centurion as I need it by then. Regards.

Haven't received a single phone call or email from Vodacom. I emailed Thato Makoti from Vodacom Retentions as he was the one who assisted me from the beginning with the quote, but he never went further with anything after I accepted the quote and sending him the delivery address about 5 times. I notified him not to go ahead with the quote anymore. He must cancel the quote acceptance with immediate effect. Still no responce from him. I have everything on email, so I have proof that this must be cancelled.
