Waiting for delivery
In 2017 I upgraded my contract with the following deal: uChoose Flexi 350: IphoneX ,Once off 20GB data bundle +Apple Beats . My phone was delivered without the beats headphones. Each time I called Vodacom, I was told they are waiting for stock.
It has now been well over a year and I am still waiting for my head phones. Please urgently advise, please go back and review all call recordings. I even contacted Vodacom twitter @Vodacom who advised I should call the sales team.. Again "waiting for stock".
Today the online chat assistant advised me to contact Likeminds, I took out the contract on the Vodacom website, why should I contact their service providers.
I have the screen shot of the package that I took - available on request.
