Waiting for Debit Order to be paid back !!!!!

On 31 October someone activated a 20GiG data on the phone, on 1 November we had a house break-in and the phone were ******, I have contacted Vodacom to blacklist the phone and block the nr which was done, but to my surprise a debit order has gone off of R2107.21. I told them that the phone was ****** so why should I pay for something that is not going to be used ??? They told me that the bundle will be deactivated, which I see has not yet been done ???
