Waiting for an hour for services
I wait an hour just to get hold of a consultant cause I need to book my wifi router in for exchange cause it's overheating and the consultant told me I have 14 day cooling off period but today is the 7th day so I need assistance asap,the line of work I do I cannot wait and hour or more please assist
