waiting for ............

got a contract yday ... cdnt accpect the debi check due to a system problem between the bank and voda .. now i call to get the debi check resent so i can go to the branch .... contracts cant help ... cant give me a number either as its back office ... dnt know when they will call me but they will call me .... what information is that ????
