Waiting almost one month for delivery.

I have made a upgrade on the 11 Sept 2015 for a laptop on one of my lines. soon after that i received a email quote on the laptop. one week on no delivery but Vodacom have a 2-3 weekday delivery? no one contacted me regarding the laptop,after phoning a very rude call center that told me the delivery could not be done as i did not answer my phone but i gave 2 alternative nrs, after being send to one agent to a another i was told to phone RAM and find out where the laptop is after phoning RAM told me the delivery vehicle was robed and i must wait pending investigation. no one phoned me notifying me about the status on the investigation .after i phoned the rude call center again being send to one after the other agent i was told ill get the laptop after 5 days after 6 days i phoned again with no luck on when ill be getting the laptop i'm so upset about this as I've been a loyal vodacom client for many years the call center agents is very impatient and rude even getting a hang up after i told the agent ill be complaining on hello peter.i need my laptop asap vodacom i don't care about investigations etc. as that is not my problem.<br> Regards <br> very dissapointed loyal client.
