Waiting almost a year for my vouchers

I upgraded my contract on the 4th of January 2018. I was supposed to get an R5000 flight voucher and a R 275 accessory voucher. Till today I have not received either of the 2. Every time I go to the shop to enquire about the vouchers, the consultant just tells me that he is either waiting for the Samsung rep or there is a new rep now and so on. It is almost a year later......
