WAITING ALMOST 3 MONTHS FOR MY PHONE TO BE REPAIRED.

I have a contract Phone (HTC M9 )at vodacom. Last year November 2015 i sent the phone in at vodacom repair for a screen repair. They quote me R3400-00. I accepted the quotation to repair the phone. Vodacom repair shop send me a sms that the phone is ready for pickup. After i received the sms that the phone is ready for pickup i phone vodacom repair shop and asked how much i must pay, over the phone the i gave the job number and the lady said i must pay R1200.00 for the repair. When i went to vodacom repair shop to pickup the phone they gave me another amount. So i paid it. The consultant that helped me said that they gave me a new phone because they could not repair the phone. After i received the phone i realized that the phone sound is hollow and that the gestures on the phone is not working. Then on the first of April 2016 i just put my phone down and the screen broke. The screen was not cracked, but the touch pad was not working. The phone is still under warranty so i took the phone in to vodacom repair shop again and asked to repair the screen and also fix the sound and the gesture on the phone. They booked the phone in on the 4th Of April 2016. I received my job number on the 4th of April 2016 via sms and also stating that the phone is send for higher lever repair to the Advanced repair centre. On the 6th of April 2016 i received a sms that the phone has been booked in at the Advanced repair centre. After 14 day's i didn't hear anything from vodacom so i phoned them. The consultant that i have spoken to on 18th of April 2016 said to me there is a quotation of R1450.00 . I accepted the quotation and said they must go ahead to repair the phone. Then on the 29th of April 2016 vodacom send me a sms stating that the phone is booked in again with the job number. On the 29th of April 2016 i received three sms of vodacom stating that the phone is at the Advanced repair centre and the assessment process, and then in quality assessment process and the last sms on that day was that the phone was despatched from the Advanced repair centre to vodacom repair shop. The 29 th of April 2016 i received a sms that state that the phone is ready for collection. I went to the shop , got there and the consultant said to me the phone was not repaired. I am furiously by now. I said to the consultant again to send the phone for repairs. On the 17 th of May 2016 i received by then a sms stating that the phone is booked in again. I received just after that sms another sms stating that the phone was send for higher lever repair at the Advanced repair centre. On the 19th of May 2016 i received another sms stating that the phone is received at tha advanced repair centre. On 20 May 2016 i received another sms stating that the phone is currently in repair process. Now im getting really frustrated and starting to phone vodacom for my phone. The consultant said to me the phone is being repaired. On the 9th of June 2016 i received a sms that the phone has been booked in at the vodacom repair shop that i tooked the phone in. Just after receiving that sms i received another sms stating that the phone is currently in the assessment process at the Advanced repair centre. THIS CAN NOT BE... BECAUSE THEY SMS, STATING THE PHONE IS AT VODACOM REPAIR SHOP AND THEN AT THE ADVANCED REPAIR CENTRE. after the sms that the phone is in at the Advanced repair centre i received several other sms from vodacom repair shop. On the 10th of June 2016 i received another sms stating that the phone has been sent for Higher level repair centre again. On the 13th of June 2016 i received a sms stating that the phone has been received at the Advanced repair centre. This morning 14th of June 2016 i received a sms stating with a different job number is currently in the repair process. I AM WAITING ALMOST 3 MONTH'S FOR MY PHONE JUST TO GET THE SCREEN REPAIRED. This morning the 14th of June 2016 i phone vodacom repair shop and ask the consultant i spoke to, what was going on. She asked for my job number and i gave her the first job number that they send to me on the they i booked in my phone. I was holding the line for almost 5 min and she said to me that maybe the phone would be ready in next week. So i phoned customer care of vodacom and spoke to a consultant there and she said i must hold on , i hold on for 10 min and then she gave me a number to phone for the complaint of waiting and wondering where my phone is. I phoned that number she gave me and the number didn't exist. I phoned then the head office of vodacom and the consultant said to me i must hold on the line she is going to put me through to someone that can help me. I held on there for another 10 minutes. After that nobody picked up the phone. The line just went dead. I AM SO UNHAPPY WITH THIS KIND OF SERVICE. MY QUESTION IS , DID MY PHONE GET LOST , ****** OR BROKEN OR WHAT HAPPEND TO IT? It cant take that long to repair a phone. Vodacom repair shop said to me it going to be 7 to 14 days to repair the phone. I am so furious with vodacom.THIS IS UNFORGETTABLE BAD SERVICE. According to me , after my first repair they gave me a faulty phone and the screen just broke without it even falling. Were i was given the impression that they where repairing my phone free of charge because it is still under warranty. Im very disappointed with vodacom especially when i asked them to hurry up because i was relocating and needed my phone. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
