Waiting a week for delivery

I bought a Ipad mini online from vodacom. Vodacom is miss leading the public with a next day delivery. I had to follow up the whole time with vodacom. After I received the order confirm email I had to phone vodacom trying to figure out what is going on with the delivery - after my second call the lady or guy told me I had to confirm something first before they deliver. then the call center phoned me on Wednesday saying they need to deliver the ipad as the stock is low and will delivery the next day, Thursday. I told the guy I'm in kzn and on the road but they can deliver to Honda Amanzimtoti. Thursday I phone a lady assisted me and said no the ipad will only be delivered on Friday,I told her i'm flying back to back JHB on Friday I wont be in KZN anymore. Gave her the new address the original address that I gave Vodacom. Today I had to phone vodacom again and guess what the lady did not change the address and the ipad is going to KZN for delivery... The call center can not even tell me what her name is and why she did not change the address to JHB. Now again I have to change my diary to suit vodacom.As confirmed again I'm not getting my ipad today only tomorrow. i want my ipad today
