Waiting a month for a phone with no communication

we upgraded our contract with vodacom online(Sony experia C3) and was told that the phone we wanted was not available but they are waiting for shipment of the phones by the end of March will be recieving the phone. we are still waiting and have been told that the phone has been discontinued, the shipment will be arriving on he 2nd April we will get the phone on the 7th we are still waiting now the shipment will be arrivig on the 14th so we will get the phone the week that it arrives on, which means at this point that the phone will only arrive end of April. What i need to know is that why are we not being informed about the late arrival of the phone but we are being informed when we owe them. Sad how some companies are just like our government they are playing us for fools. I need my phone like I wasw promised when I upgraded.
