Waiting 66 days and counting for my devices and poor service delivery

To Whom It May Concern,

My contract was approved on 21 November. It has been 66 days and I have not received my devices.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the unprofessional service and consistent failures from Vodacom, which have significantly disadvantaged my company.

Despite my application (Order #Y***, Enterprise #***) being formally approved, the process has been unnecessarily and unreasonably obstructed. The sequence is as follows:

1. 07 Nov 2025: Application submitted. 2. Changes & Signature Issue: Krystina Adams requested changes, then flagged a signature discrepancy. As instructed, I re-signed using my old, ID-matching signature. 3. Approval Received: Ms. Adams confirmed the application's approval. Your verification team subsequently completed a successful biometric identity verification. 4. Post-Approval Failure: Since late November, I have been informed the matter is again stalled due to the already-resolved signature issue.

My efforts to resolve this have been met with systemic neglect:

· Numerous calls since November 2025 with promised callbacks that never occur. Numerous emails sent to Vodacom customer care also went unanswered. Numerous emails sent to *** 42 days later no response. · Unanswered email sent to Krystina Adams and Viloshnie Pillay on 11 Dec 2025 (46 days unanswered). · Managerial Avoidance: Requests to speak to a manager yield excuses. On 23 Jan, I insisted on speaking with Amanda Govender, who had previously failed to resolve this in 2025. She offered to contact Ms. Pillay, who has already ignored my correspondence.

This is unacceptable. The facts are clear:

· I comp**** with your instruction to use my ID-matching signature. · Your own biometric verification confirmed my identity as the director.

Revisiting this resolved issue after formal approval is an operational failure. This delay has created a critical bottleneck for our business, preventing us from streamlining operations with the necessary devices.

I demand immediate escalation, a final resolution, and a detailed explanation for this service breakdown.

This matter has seen zero meaningful progress. I am being systematically misled and strung along by Vodafone's complete operational failure.

Despite escalating to Management, the result is the same: absolute inaction. There is no accountability, no follow-through, and no resolution.

The timeline of this debacle is indefensible:

· November 2025: I submitted my initial application and received approval.
· The Following 5 Months: I was forced to redo my application five separate times due to internal errors.
· Present Day (February 2026): I have no device, no viable solution, and no way forward. This is a catastrophic service breakdown.

The standard of conduct has been shockingly unprofessional:

1. I am consistently ignored. My calls are not returned.
2. My emails are met with total silence.
3. Even a public complaint lodged on HelloPeter has been met with negligence, demonstrating a blatant disregard for your company's reputation.

This is not merely poor service; it is a profound dereliction of your basic contractual and customer service duties. The entire experience has been shocking, exhausting, and utterly unacceptable.

I will no longer tolerate being "taken for a ride." This requires immediate, executive-level intervention to deliver the approved service I have been promised for five months. Provide a final resolution within 24 hours, including direct contact from a senior manager and a concrete delivery timeline.

Consider this my final attempt at direct resolution before pursuing all available formal recourse.
