waiting 4 weeks for an upgrade

Tried upgrading on line , between all the lies and promises to get back to you ,four weeks later nothing happend.
Phone their HQ & sent countless tweet to display my frustration but still nothing, can see where the call centre gets their training from equally ***********.And unwilling to help you in your desired language which is Afrikaans.Someone is not doing there job, how difficult can it be just to call me back and assist me with my online upgrade.the freaking next day delivery on the Vodacom page is a joke and might aswell not be there.Apologies are not acceptable anymore,I want action now.i still need to pay my ****** account but you guys are so neverminded when I can upgrade.guess I should receive a gift with this upgrade just to make up for this ****** inconvienience.

I would just like to say Vodacom’s service is non-excitant now days. I have discovered in the last few months that Vodacom’s new policy now “I don’t give a dame attitude, what are you going to do we are a huge company and we are untouchable" Staff at the “Customer Care Call Canter” don’t give a dam either , honestly don’t know why it’s called Customer Care Call Canter” the customer does not count to Vodacom and clearly you have trained your staff very well as the have the same attitude as the big bosses at Vodacom WE DON’T CARE you are just a little fish compared to us, we can do what we like when we like and you cannot touch us. Maybe Vodacom staff as well the big fish should go back to the beginning and have look as to what is CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I sincerely hope you manage to wake up in your offices and start to deliver a ****** service
