Waiting 4 months to pay back R571...worse SP in South Africa

Contract expired march 2017, Phoned in Jan to cancel, was told phone back Feb which i did. Contract was confirmed to be cancelled end of march , april debit order went off again, phoned back to ask whats the story- was told contract was never cancelled but they will cancel and schedule for money to be paid back into my account, phoned back 2 weeks +/- later to find out when the money would be deposited back, operator to find out my contract was still not cancelled (i wont call them consultants because of the 9 i spoke to no one knows how to do their job or what customer service means or how its spelled). It is now mid- June, money still not paid to my account, phoned this morning - the wrong (in actual fact half) amount is still being scheduled for payment to my bank account, all 9 times i spoke to someone (of the R380 prepaid airtime i spent and 27 Times i found) i specifically asked that the funds not be paid to my contract but to my bank account, in some way that I am unable to explain, they ( the consultants) are in that same way confused as to what the difference is between "bank account" and vodacom contract as this morning's phonecall once again confirmed that my money will be credited to my vodacom account so clearly this is higher grade or foreighn language for them.

I did advise the last operator Trevino that if my money is not paid to my account by end of business on friday, LEGAL Action will be taken. I do not take this matter lightly and will go as far as possibly required.

Here are my reference numbers if someone from vodacom is reading this:

1- ********** ********** : Cancellations Department:

1- ********** ********** : Palesa

********** 11412: Litha
********** 81254:Nthombi

1- ********** ********** : Cancellations Department

1- ********** ********** : Cancellations Department

The last guy told me to use his name as a reference: Trevino

Good Day,

Problem not resolved!

Have still not been refunded my money.....?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

On 2May I was debited

02 May 2017

VODACOM ***************

0.00

-508.50

As per reference number: 1- ********** ********** I was informed that my last debit order date would be April as per call made in February to confirm & again in March.

So, if your details are correct, this means that you supply clients with false information, correct?

Second point, you have costed me 29 Phonecalls in total to be made, who will be refunding this costs?

From the 29 calls made, I got in contact with consultants on 9 occasions of which the average call time was more than 26Minutes.

This clearly indicates Vodacom’s failure to committing to cancel a contract & debit order going off.

Part of your standard contract agreement indicates that Vodacom should be notified 1Month in advance to cancel a contract before a contract, I informed Vodacom about the cancellation 2 Months in advance, thus exceeding your contract requirement.

Vodacom Response:

In May you were incorrectly invoiced with (R392.50) as the contract was not cancelled. Vodacom then rectified this by crediting your account with R392.50 thus preventing the debit order from going off your account –

Comments:

I have not received payment at all for this, go and listen to the phonecalls made, where I specifically made it clear that the money should be paid into my bank account and not my phone contract on numorous occasions.
