WAITING 3 months for wifi!! A VODACOM relocation! Sucks!!
3 MONTHS FOR WIFI RELOCATION!!!! Vodacom is my service provider!! Metrofibre supplies the fibre in the area!! I run my own business and I have been waiting 3 months to have my wi-fi activated!! I relocated 1 Dec 2020 to a new place within the same suburb only 1km from my previous house. The ref nr SR***. I get issued another Ref nr when a Vodacom Mr Big Shot (obtaining his nr through a contact in desperation) cant explain. SR***. What a JOKE!! As long as Vodacom gets paid and their employees get their salaries YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR BUSINESS AND VODACOM WILL FEEL FO! I Phoned every second day to again to find out / 3 pages of notes later!! Eventually on 22Feb @ 16:00 A guy from metrofibre after 2 mnths, 3 weeks came to check the fibre box inside inside my house. All done within 5 min he said I will have wifi in 24 hours! I am releived and hit by another disaster to find out this is another lie!!!!
I understand that Vodacom feels a F&& BUT MY ACCOUNT WAS DEBITED EACH MONTH FOR SERVICES NOT RECEIVED! Ref nr SR***. End of Feb I need 3 x R800 credit on my account!
I run my own business. I have 3 days then the clock strikes Financial Year end!! Vodacom gives a sh@#% and SO DOES METROFIBRE! Vodacom does not know HOW TO MANAGE Metrofibre! TODAY IS 24 FEBRUARY 2021.- 90 days without wifi!!!!
On 23 Feb @ 16:00 Its been 24 hours since the initial 2 x service tickets were closed! Thats because someone’s job is done and I must now wait hours and hours and possible months again to get the service activated!! I get issued a NEW Activation request SR***!! I must now wait ANOTHER 24 HOURS THAT I DON’T HAVE!!! The monopoly that is going on in an area where the fibre company runs the show should be changed! Metrofibre and Vodacom make enough money and dont care about another small business that employs 15 women to close down!! Why??? Why dont you care Vodacom??? Why dont you care what is happening to 15 other families???
Can I have wi-fi TODAY!!!!!???? The date is 24 FEBRUARY 2021!! I would alsi prefer NOT TO SIT IN A COFFEE SHOP TO PAY SALARIES FOR A 3rd month!!!
Can VODACOM and METROFIBRE get their act together!!!
