Waiting 12 days for a delivery but promised 6 days

I added another cell phone contract with Vodacom on the 21st of May 2015 online,<br> I was promised that the delivery will be Monday / Tuesday (6 days) nobody phoned me, today 29 May after 49 minutes on the line to get to the correct person Lynette, she only tells me that there's some problem on their side and I now have to wait another weekend for delivery as the best they can do is delivery on Monday 1 June 2015!!! OMW!!! REDICULOUS!!! Wish I never placed that order!!!
