Waited for two months for sim card delivery.

I did an upgrade on my contract for my Data Sim last month already till this day I haven't received my Sim card, upon my upgrade I gave my delivery address which is my work address I waited till I decided to call again and new order was process again, I got an email that Rams will delivery and contact still nothing, today the debit order has gone off my account and I still haven't receive my sim, I've been loading data from last month where as I pay for contract so their service is very poor I must say together with their delivery company.
