Wait and Pay
I discovered this morning after speaking to customer care that vodacom deleted my data on my one contract! No explanation at all. Now I must wait to see if backoffice sends me an sms within 7 days!
I am still waiting on the backoffice to contact me after 4 months wrt another of my contracts that was extended without my consent!!
Why do I have to wait and pay when Vodacom just does as you please!
