Wait 4 working days & still can't use new phone

I am wondering if I have made the right choice. I have been with cell c since I was 16 (10 years) and I have just moved to vodacom. I ordered my phone and contract was approved on Thursday the 23rd July to only receive my phone today the 27th July (so much for next day delivery). Due to me working a 07h30 - 16h30 job I only got home at 17h15 to open my box all excited to find 2 sim cards ? Now the call centres are all closed so what do I do? Which sim card has been Rica'd does this mean yet ANOTHER DAY I do not have my phone ? I see here in the next day delivery t&c's term 11 says: \This service is free. Should this service be unsuccessful
