VVM/Vodacom
Good day. I have ended my Vodacom contract end May 2023 with a -0.23. I use my phone as prepaid and switched to Mtn because of problems. Few months later VVM Debt Collectors was searching for me phoning around. I did not even know there was a outstanding amount because I ended my contract. I did not receive an email like before of any outstanding amount. They got hold of my work email address and started to e mail me saying I committed to pay the amount outstanding with discount on 7 December 2023. I did not even speak to them .They were harassing me with phone calls Today they send a email of failure to make payment within 48 hours then vodacom will report me to the Credit bureaux if I do not obey. I went to vodacom, they said I must contact Vodacom Call centre which I did but the recorded phone said my ID number is invalid.

15 Jan 2024, 11:58Thank you for coming back too me. I just phoned this number above and again the recorder says my id number is invalid. There was miss calls on friday as I was at work and did not see the calls. It showed as spam calls . I realy want to settle the so I need help.
