I have previously complained on this website and Vodacom publicly said they would attend to the matter and have not since gotten back to me. Vodacom's legal entity (VVM) keeps calling me to pay for my account and I also now have a bad credit score because of Vodacom. I was not given what was promised to me last year February and it has been over a year now. I have mentioned that I have not opened the sim cards and 1 phone. The other phone was just opened on the day I received it to view, however has never been used. I have gone to countless branches and made hours of phone calls in vain. I would like to return the unused phones and simcards with airtime and in return Vodacom needs to get VVM off my case and close the account. I will not pay more than what the contract or phones were worth and neither will I pay for any outstanding amount as I have tried to return the phones on countless occasions. Vodacom is trying to ****** me and I hardly earn enough to pay the amount they are asking for. Please tell me where to go with the phones and let us end this once and for all. I have been to the Midrand headquarters which provided me with no solution as well.
Best regards,
Best regards,
It has been 5 months and now a new legal team is harassing me. I also have a bad credit score thanks to vodacom. This situation is ridiculous. As mentioned a million times, the phones are brand new and have never been used. Vodacom can take them back at any time. I have not even used the sim cards as it was all the wrong product from February 2015. Vodacom just wants to charge me interest. I do not see the problem. You can have your products back brand new yet you want to harass me with lawyers. I bought your contract because you offered me airtime every month at a reduced cost because I was already buying airtime through FNB monthly. The phones came free. I only took the contract because it saved me money on airtime but then you give me 2 new sims with R100 airtime each per month. How in the hell does that help me? Was I then supposed to use 3 numbers? I told the consultant that the airtime must be loaded onto my current number at the time. Why would I possibly take an airtime offer if I have to make use of 3 phones to use R200 airtime. This is really to long. I will be taking this matter up legally as well. Go review your tapes and make them available to me. Everytime you say you will investigate, you just forget about it eventually. I HAVE YOUR 2 PHONES UNUSED, SIM CARDS UNOPENED, AIRTIME NEVER USED SO WHY ARE YOU CHARGING ME ANYTHING?!!!!!!! Just take your stuff back and leave me alone!
