VVM Collectors

I complained about Vodacom transferring my account from Jacob Barnard & Associate to VVM.My complain is based on the previous experience with VVM.I know this company are *********** peoples,for instance they will send you an e-mail to pay a certain amount today if you don't they will charge interest.How can they ask you to pay on the very same day failer to do that they charge you interest.With Vodacom-VVM you end up paying 3 times the amount you were owing.I'm so fed up with Vodacom in such a way that after this I will cut all ties with Vodacom for good on my current contracts & my 2 prepaid services under my name.
