Vvm calls despite ***** investigation finalized

Despite 3 complaints on hello Peter I am still getting calls from vvm for collecting on outstanding debt. Despite ***** investigation outcome and being advised that vodacom was finalizing the update with collections team. Still waiting on letter from ***** as requested another week as gone by. Only department constantly bugging me is vvm for collecting on a debt that is not mine. Can the vvm calls just stop!
