Vumile Nobaza is the best

I cannot keep my mouth shut about an excellent Customer Care service a guy called Vumile Nobaza who is a technician at Vodacom in Cape Town. He is the only person who was able to solve the network issue with my 3 g modem. <br> <br> I have been sent from pillar to post by other Vodacom employees for about a month now. They could not figure out what the problem was. Others even suspected that the modem or my laptop may be faulty. It was really frustrating.<br> <br> Vumile knows his work, unlike others he does not fumble, he knows which buttons to press in trouble shooting. I was beginning to lose my confidence in Vodacom BUT Vumile gave me a reason to hang on.<br> <br> Give Vumile a round of applause for his excellent customer care and his good attitude.
