VUMA DEVICE REFUND
I’m so disappointed with the way my fiber has been installed. The Vuma guys installed someone else’s device in my home and as a result I have not used my fiber since I’ve registered for the service last year. Please urgently assist with a refund as your ticketing service is unreliable I have been sending emails for 2 weeks now and I still haven’t received my money yet
