Vouvher not delivered

Surely the worst customer care. Got a data upgrade in November with a promised voucher. Since then have been chasing as upgrade went through but no voucher. Endless excuses saying they have a backlog and will be process on 1st or 15 - they cannot say when and send no follow uo. Finally get a reference and today get told they are canceling the upgrade and reprocessing g in March. Sounds a bit like thievery and *******.
