Vouchers from Vodacom

I upgraded my phone on the 15th November 2018. With the upgrade I was supposed to get some vouchers. One from Sorbet, one from top dog, one from takealot and one from Makro. I only received the Top dog voucher. I have since then been trying to get my vouchers. Vodacom logs calls for my query and then just close the call without resolving the issue. When I call back I am told that the call will be escalated and a new call is then opened. I have now received my vouchers via email (as sms did not work), however, when trying to get the voucher I am not sent my OTP. Again y calls are just closed without resolution. THIS IS CRAZY.... I am starting to think that it was just a way to get me to upgrade by promising me the voochers. VODACOM you are useless......................
