Voucher ****?

I have been using Vodacom for as long as I can remember. Recently I participated in unlock summer competition and have been lucky enough to win. I recently noticed that Vodacom no longer send me vouchers to collect my winnings. I have won a full chicken plus 4 rolls from Nandos which expires soon. While I received an acknowledgement for the winnings, no sms with voucher number came. I'm also sitting with the same situation with a burger king's voucher worth R150. I am now wondering if perhaps a Vodacom employee is collecting out vouchers and cashing them. It is increasingly difficult to get hold of anyone from the customer care number, other than Toby who happens to know nothing about these matters.
