Voucher no still not received

Good evening

I had a complaint not too long ago regarding a superbalist voucher I purchased on the vodabucks store. I received a ticket reference no after my complaint and requested to rate the service but I didn't receive the voucher details.

Can you please assist me or refund me if its too much trouble.
