Vomitus Service from Vodacom

The service and lack of care from Vodacom is absolutely vomitus. With the start of the lock down we signed for fibre connection with Vodacom, they delivered the router on the 4th of May, since then its been a cat chase to get connected. By end of June i had lost all hope and started calling the call centre daily, i've spoken to at least 11 consultants to get my subscription cancelled and for the line to be released so that i can appoint another network provider. Vodacom refuses to release the line, i feel bul**** and **** too. I've spoken to Merushda, Collin, Penny, Jen, Ayabonga, Sinethemba, Musa just to name a few, I've been promised all sorts of things and nothing has happened. All these people that I've spoken too are working from home and I have to travel to work daily and risk my health because I don't have network at home. When I follow up they all tell me they will be in contact with Nathaniel who is the technician working on my cancellation. not any of the consultants have called back as they promise and none of the service managers or project managers have made contact. I have 3 reference numbers that seem to go nowhere or have been closed. SO*** , SR***, SR*** i feel like I am held at randsom for a service i was going to pay for.

VODACOM PLEASE RELEASE THE LINE!!!!
