Voicemail ****ch

Indecember I went on leave for a few days an left an extended abcence greeting on my voice mail . I was not able to remove it and phoned the call centre . I have had to call them 6 times to try and resove this matter . Each time I have to wait for ages to get through to a human and then spend a hour for me to explain the problem and for them to try and solve it. Each time to no avail!!! This is my business cell and I am loosing business as nobody can leave a message. At the last attempt I was told the technical department would call me back with in 48hours that was on the 9th Feb. Still no response! I dont know what to do further except cancel my contract.

Dear Client
I liaised with the VAS Team and they confirmed that Vodacom has upgraded the Voicemail system and all customers requiring a Voicemail box need to Dial 121 to set up the new one. Select the option to activate Voice deposits and follow the prompts to record new greetings and set up a new PIN. Once done messages in your old mailbox can be accessed by pressing 8 from the menu for a limited time only. The password cannot be over two consecutive numbers like 123 and cannot be over 2 repeating numbers 444. Password can be something like 1244.
Kind regards
