Voice minutes not loaded on contract, "glitch" in the system

This is not my first time complaining about Vodacom, previously complaints were about data and now it's about Voice minutes. I called a very *********** operator on Monday 15 May 2017 at 12h14pm to report that I ran out of voice minutes, the operator told me that I completely ran out of Voice minutes, I said okay; please email me the summery of the minutes over the past 2 and a half months so that I can see where I used all the voice minutes, then I also asked her to add 50 minutes once off to my contract so that I can at least make phone calls. "All done she said" So I waited for about for about 8 hours, nothing happened, no e-mail and no minutes, so I phoned Vodacom again later that evening at 20h20 explaining the problem, so the operator looked and noticed that my Voice minutes was never loaded for the month of May, there is a “glitch” I the system and she said that she will notify them of the problem and she will sms me a reference number. She also said that I might have to wait up to 7 days for the problem to be solved, Seven days!! Are you kidding me, that is absolutely pathetic service!! She also explained to me that I might have to do a migration because the Smart S package is no longer available on Vodacom any more. She also gave me advice to buy some airtime to be able to make some calls in the meantime. Three days later, still not fixed, still no e-mail, still sms with a reference number, my 75 minutes still not loaded to my account, I had to buy R100.00 airtime so that I can at least make call. Please Vodacom; get competent people to do the job.
