Voice minutes is a TRAP!

I am so disappointed with this company. I've been using them for how many years now, with no problem. Now that i have a problem there's no help. When you buy voice minutes they prompt you to agree to the T&C. Well they should go and read their own T&C. It states that 100min is "any network any time" but it's not it's only vodacom to vodacom. This is false advertising! I want my money back, and i can't even do that because the call center chat bot is even more useless than this new vodapay app! This is a disgrace! I won't fall for this "voice minutes" trap again! Rather move to their competitors you'll have half the issues.
