Voice Bundle: what's inside does not match the packaging

My attempt to use the My Vodacom App (Android) to purchase call time failed to satisfy. Shopping for the best value proposition lead me to try two apparent offers: 60 min for 2 days @ R20, and 60 min for 7 days @ R41. In both cases, there was no indication whatsoever that these were reserved for calls to Vodacom numbers. I only discovered this after the transaction had been completed. A cursory review of the app will show this to be true (as do my screenshots). The helpdesk dismissed my request for relief, despite me explaining clearly that I had been supp**** with something other than what I had understood I was purchasing from the available information. I am grateful for having now been instructed in a different way of topping up (not the My Vodacom App), but still aggrieved at the apparent callous disregard for the fact that this was bad-faith dealing.

I can't fathom any reason for the "private" reply, other than to create the false impression that this matter received some sort of special attention. This is disingenuous on a platform such as this. Let it be known that Vodacom made no attempt to address my dissatisfaction, beyond thanking me for taking the trouble to voice such. As far as I can tell, the misleading labeling described in my initial post is still, as of now, present in the My Vodacom App.
