Vodocom stinks

i received the most atrocious service you can even imagine. Someone from Vodacom called me three months ago to say they want to upgrade my contract so that i can receive better data deal. after a lot of conversation i said i will try it and will revert to old package if its not beneficial for me. and lo and behold after two weeks i realised the benefit is only to increase the amount due to the end of the month to Vodacom. no extra data and the data options is R29 or 100MBand its automatically bought for you by Vodacom. i called Vodacom ref ***. guess what they cannot put me back to my old package and i asked for an invoice to terminate the contract , they cannot give me an invoice again. This is companies bullying us and nit going to take this lying down or accept it
