VODOCOM REPAIRS

I'm struggling with Vodocom since when regarding my debit oder that i want too cancel .Up till today no calls at all to resolve my debit oder problem that I got .

I'= must just have no good luck dealing with Vodocom at all .I send last week my daughter cellphone in for repairs .The cellphone was not switching on at all .I received one sms last week .Yesterday I called Vodocom Key west branch .They told me they send it too Fourways Vodo care .Today i called to ask them what is happening regarding the phone .They told me that the phone is not by them at all .They only open a waybill i think he said They phone will only arrive today by them .Yesterday at Vodocom key west confirm with them and they said they got the phone .So somebody is telling lies .

I spoke to Vodocom keywest today and told them the story .They said they confirm yesterday and the phone is not with them .Explaiin how they work .Then vodocom fourways vodocare told me the same how they work .
