vodocom pathetic servic

my mother was hijacked on the 7/8/2019 and her phone was ******, she went to vodocom in greenstone to report and to get a new phone. firstly they tell my mom that she had no insurance and my mother insisted that she did have they called headoffice insurance division and they told her that due to some technically ****ch in their system the insurance was cancelled in June and therefor she had o pay June July and August insurance before she can get another phone, my mother did the payment she goes back on the 13/8/019 to follow up on the progress now they have a different excuse for her to get a phone everytime the consaltant FROM GREENSTONE phones head office they either cut her off or find another excuse for my mom to get a phone. she needs her phone as she takes the grankids to school and fetches them etc this service is pathetic
