VODOCOM not coming to the party

I upgraded a phone 3 weeks ago. When the phome arrived it worked for 2 days and died. I have been calling vodacom every week for the last 3 weeks for the phone to be exchanged. I even spoke to one of the managers who told me it will be sorted within 24 hours.

Well it has not been sorted.

Service is pathetic
