Vodocom fiber service is unhelpful.

Our fiber has been an issue since last week Thursday we called you'll sent out an electrician on Saturday - we were scheduled for 8am he only came at 1pm, it worked after about 3 hours, and then it stopped we have been calling from Saturday (excluding the other two days), and all we get from your service is we are sending an email to we are escalating the issue. We have been getting the same song since Saturday, we even asked for the supervisor to contact us but to no avail.

We have had a problem from last week Thursday today is Monday this is the 5th day

Can you'll be this unhelpful and impossible when finding solutions?
