Vodocom fals advertising

I did a upgrade in desember to experia z3. In January the phone stopped working. I booked it in for repairs after witch it came back informing me it is water damage. This phone is supposed to be water proof and is actualy shown on the vodocom tv add to be submersed under water to take photos. The phone however never came into contact with water. I did try to resolve this with vodocom but it is clear they are not nterested and even imp**** that i am a l****. After dealing fot 20 years with them this is a slap in the face. Please help.
