Vodocom Business Mpumalanga destroy a woman owned business

Vodocom Business has successfully destroyed my wife's business by failing to fix the WiFi problem on time. It is now more than one week since students at Kwabhekizihambi Guest House & Student Accommodation in White River have been without WiFi. Students need WiFi for studying, writing tests and writing exams and for social networking. Vodacom has dismally failed to treat this issue as needing urgent attention. It took them more than a week to correctly diagnose the problem and now it's four days waiting for them to fix whatever is wrong. This is the company that prides itself of being a leader in customer service. Vodacom Mpumalanga is probably the worst amongst them all. This is not the first time Vodacom Business has failed my wife's business.
